Food here is always good - huge portions! Love the the tortillas - all homemade. Salsa is good, a little bit of heat, but not to the point of "burn your lips off" heat. Service is also on point! You won't be sorry!

Great place to meet up for Happy Hour! We enjoy sitting and relaxing on the patio on beautiful weather days. Love the chile rellenos appetizer. It's big enough to share.

This place is amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves over here!! Really nice place and very spacious! The environment was beautiful and even though this place was really busy literally at 11am the staff was amazing and quick and our food was hot and fresh and very delicious! My wife and I are moving to castle rock next week so I'm excited to try out that location!

Came here with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is large and clean, servers were friendly and fast (and gave us extra salsa!) The steak burrito was amazing. The green chili isn't exactly my favorite style, but the whole burrito was delicious all together. The steak was plentiful and a great cut, cooked perfectly and tender in the burrito. Huge portions! Also the margaritas were great.

After literally years of searching, I finally found a good Mexican restaurant. Only Mama Ninfa's original location in Houston has left this kind of impression on me, and that was over twenty years ago. This is hands down, a fantastic Mexican restaurant. You cannot go wrong with anything you order here. They have a lot of seafood items on the menu, including ceviche of course, and my friend who took us there said it's really good...and I believe him! I had menudo because that's a good test. They passed with flying colors, great taste, not overly strong like it can be and it didn't have that strong tripe odor that can really be offputting. Another test, I had a burrito de chicharrones. I like my chicharrones crisy, these were more chewy, but the flavor was excellent and so was the burrito. We had some guacamole made fresh at our table. You can get it prepared exactly how you like it. It was fresh and creamy, and plentiful! Also, they make fresh tortillas on the premises so be sure and get some...flour or corn. Go for it! For dessert with had sopapilla bites. They are bite size, lite and delicious. They give you plenty and you won't stop biting until they are all gone! That's a fact!! I looked at people's plates around the restaurant and I wanted to sample all of them if I could! haha! My only negative is the handicap access. There are only a few handicap spots and they aren't close to the door. We had to park in the lot. My dad is 94 and uses a walker. There was no dip in the steep curb in front of the door. It was a challenge for us to get him up the curb with the walker. I wish they'd lower the curb for wheelchair and walker access near the main entrance. I don't live in Denver, but you can be sure I'll be back here next time I'm in town. I live in Los Angeles and have tried most of the "best" places, but Los Dos Portillos has 'em all beat!

This place NEVER disappoints. It only gets better every time. The service is always amazing and the food is outstanding. We had fajitas, a combo plate, margaritas and more. I have said it before and I will say it again 100% worth every bite!
